Instruction for quiz/survey takers:

There are two types of quiz / survey.
Anonymous survey/quiz, that means you don't need to login. You will need to ask your quiz master or whoever setup the quiz/survey a quiz code. Enter the quiz/survey code in the following textbox and click submit which will take you to the quiz/survey page
Non-Anonymous quiz/survey. You will need to signup an account if you don't have one already. then you will need to login to your account after your submitted the quiz/survey code.

Instruction for quizmasters:

First you will need to signup an account by clicking here if you don't have one already. Check “I am a quizmaster? checkbox indicates that you are a quiz master in the signup page.
After sign-up as a quiz master, you can then login to your account to setup quiz/survey questions.
You may assign a quiz/survey code for your quiz/survey. Tell your quiz/survey takers the quiz code. More detailed instructions can be found in the setup quiz/survey pages.
After quiz/survey completed. You will able to view the quiz/survey results.
